Service Description
I recommend booking this in before your pet comes home, or within the first few weeks to take full advantage of this. Your session can be customised to suit your needs, except for behaviour issues (please book a behavioural consult). Suggested topics: Food- types, portions, and feeding times. Sleeping habits. Establishing a routine. Exercise and play. Appropriate handling and interactions with the pet. Toilet training. Introducing the new pet to current family members and pets. Healthcare: vaccinations, desexing & parasite prevention. Basic training and household manners.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately we are unable to refund for cancellations less than 2 days before the appointment or class or for no shows. A full refund is available if cancelled before then. Rescheduling is welcome but please give us at least 12 hours notice where possible either online, reply email or sms 0438310590.
